Wrapping up my stay here this weekend w/ the free weekend night promo. Service is okay I guess. My first experience w/ a st. regis, and its alright i suppose. The butler service wasn't as cool or fast as I'd have thought. The room is really nice, and I got upgraded to a higher floor room, but if I had to be paying $, this wouldn't be a hotel I'd stay at.

I tried to upgrade into a suite at check-in, but the person said that they reserve suites for paid stays... go figure.
