The sad thing is that I've heard you can return eaten food. But Costco doesn't refund you for the whole thing. They are supposed to weight it and refund you the percentage represented by the percentage of food you brought back. So if you ate 75% by weight of the chicken, you'd get a 25% refund.
Now, I've no idea if this is true, and I've only heard it works with food. I would not want to the person doing the returning or the employee receiving the half eaten food. Anyone heard any stories related to this?
