I saw this rate for the IHG friends/family on Slickdeals.net The employee posted it and gave her name and permission for anyone to book it as her friend. The moderator had removed the postings at first, and the employee referenced her managers name who had authorized her to distribute it to try to improve sales/revenue. There is a thread about it over there , if anyone wants to look for it. There is a form pdf I think that the employee has signed with her first last name to present if asked.
