Finally, I rarely leave BOI without picking up a bag or two of in-store fried potato chips at the Albertsons near the Boise Factory Outlets. There's a kiosk at the front of the store where they cook it in front of you. And they do taste much fresher than the regular ones.
My local Albertsons north of Seattle also has an in-store potato chip maker. I had some free samples and they were good.
