BA has the Gold Guest List which is quite similar to ConciergeKey- VIP ground service day of travel. Premier is a super elite level- different and better than either GGL or CK.
The published 5000 TP Access to CR is new from a month or so ago. GGL is actually quite different the CK. It is mainly about getting better award availability and dedicated res agents who are very good. I don't think there are any GGL benefits at the airport since I am one and I certainly haven't seen any.
