BA TP accumulation is not as hard as you suggest if connecting through LHR, particularly if having two long haul segments each way.
BA has the Gold Guest List which is quite similar to ConciergeKey- VIP ground service day of travel. Premier is a super elite level- different and better than either GGL or CK.
