I was wondering if I was going to get accused of abusing something. My family have been loyal customers since being Price Club members and being merged into Costco in 1993.

My beef is that they have an unconditional satisfaction guaranteed policy on their Kirkland branded products that seems to have conditions that are stated nowhere and a corporate policy that seems to be left up to individual store manager whim.

It really doesn't matter if my Kirkland product is 6 months old or 6 years old or a blender or a suitcase - they have a satisfaction guaranteed policy on their Kirkland products and don't post any conditions or exceptions. Costco clearly does post conditions, i.e. the TV/electronics rule, so it is not like they don't know what they are doing.

If you're going to slap customers with conditions after they buy a product that supposedly has a satisfaction guaranteed policy, I think that's bad business.
