Last year there was a schedule change of 17 minutes for my flight, because of the train schedules it made it impossible for me to arrive 90 minutes before the flight, in fact there was a question if I could make it 30 minutes prior to departure. They did have me tell them the web site for the train schedules (I don't know if they checked) and then did make the changes I requested.
I know your looking for a refund not changes but I do hope this helps.
