Indeed - and not just Tango plus. I was able to get a Latitude return YYZ-YVR for $799 ($933 ai), using the 15% Delta coupon. The coupon would not work online - kept giving me an error, so I called the help desk. They investigated and noted that the system would not accept the discount code with this reduced Lat fare. They were still able to work it out manually, although the process took about 1/2 hour. Lots of room upfront, so I was able to u/g each way
