Good thing I didn't hold my breath since my post on April 3, because the certs finally arrived last week. This, along with every Barclays experience, has been bad. Emailed US Consumer Relations to let them know Barclays was a bad choice. To the credit of US, they responded promptly. Of course, I don't expect anything, but if I'm going complain here I should also let US know. BofA was never perfect, but at least their certs arrived on time and anytime I called in, it didn't take 4 times to fix.
