They have stated that the 5K sign up bonus after first use was added to your account in 2008, and therefore is not able to be added to your 2009 EQM balance. Also they have credited your account with 202 EQM miles for purchases made this year on the United.com website. Their records show that you have made United purchases of $1140.00, $1633.00, and $1,140 however they were not done on the website and so are not eligible for the bonus EQM's.
