sorry - forgot - yes you can combine weight allowances for bags with jetstar BUT - be warned - no bag may be over 30 kg - they will enforce this strictly - suggest you pack a light duffle bag inside the main suitcase and split your luggage before you get to airport....hand luggage also has strict rules - small overhead compartments - beware!
