HHonors Members -

BEWARE of this hotel. They do NOT offer HHonors members ANYTHING, even if you ask/demand. They will stonewall you ALL THE WAY, without exception.

I asked upon checkin last Sunday afternoon at 3:PM about HHonors members after confirming that my reservation did include the fact that I am a DIAMOND member. Agent said that this hotel does NOT recognize HHonors member in any way. So, after stonewalling me about an "Executive" floor (said they do not have such a floor); about Breakfast coupons (said they had never had such a request) and about a "Welcome" amenity (said there is no such thing at this hotel), I just gave up and accepted my regular room on a regular floor.

Upon coming into the hotel this evening I stopped at the Registration desk and asked the Agent on duty about HHonors members. This Agent said they have an "Executive" floor on the sixth (6th.) floor and that they "always put HHonors members on that floor". I smiled at him and just walked away. Pure and simple - they just lied to me at checkin.

The rooms are nice enough, don't get me wrong. But as an HHonors member please DO NOT EXPECT ANYTHING out of this management regardless of your HHonors level.

NO water; no cookies; no special room; no upgrade (yes this hotel has "mini suites" as they show on the room map on the inside of the room door - on each corner of each floor); no health club; no ZIPIN/ZIPOUT; no breakfast, nada as I said earlier.

You have been warned - please set your expectations of this property at the proper level. You will be treated the same as any other guest as far as I can see. The fact that you are an HHonors member means NOTHING at this hotel - so please expect the same and I am sure you will enjoy your stay.

I just hope this stay does post to my HHonors account before the end of this year, and that I also get the double points for this VISA card stay. As I said - I am hoping!
