If 1 extra FA would help that would mean that there are two of those drink service carts. So why can't 1 FA start from the front of Y and the other start from the back? Three FA's on one drink cart would just be too crowded. Have one FA start in the middle of Y and the other at the front of Y and they just keep moving towards the back of the AC. No increased cost and everyone gets served quicker.
If you think from an elite perspective, they only really have to start at the front of E+...no real reason to have someone start at E- and start serving E- customers before the E+ ones.
