I have a question for whoever posted this to the wiki:
State Farm Bank Visa / Plus 0% (plus $10 handling charge as of 3/09) 0% Reimburses ATM-owner fees within limits (As of June 2008, up to $10 per statement cycle but no limit if there is a direct deposit or ACH credit within 45 days prior to the foreign ATM transaction). Performs hard pull from all three credit agencies during checking account application process. $1000 daily withdrawal limit.
Where is this $10 handling fee coming from? Do you have a link to the T&C that mention this fee?
I am using my State Farm ATM card to withdraw cash 2-4 times a month in Europe and have never seen any $10 handling fee. I also thought that my daily withdrawal limit is only $500. Is there one limit for all cardholders or can vary from person to person?
