What's next, an announcement saying that "because we're paid the same we were paid 30 years ago, don't expect us to smile?" I usually find that the good flight attendants will do a good job and do their best or provide a pleasant flight for passengers regardless of staffing levels, while the bad ones will look for excuses. Fortunately that's a minority.
