Yes, I know it's easy to buy on arrival (I've used both Heathrow train services to/from Paddington before).
But I was hoping to print an e-ticket at home and have it already in hand! However, it doesn't look like that is possible on the Heathrow Connect website.
It wasn't even possible for H'Ex the last time I used it, which is a real pain since if you have (or have HAD in the last six months) other bookings for H'Ex, the machines won't help you unless you know the booking reference. And the agents deny all ability to help as well, or at least they did for me. Seriously dumb software engineering.
