If I'm on a longish 3-4h NW flight and didn't get the EUA or know the serving will be the snack basket I buy a bento box from Sora to eat inflight. Otherwise if you have time the Dema is the best option. The security checkpoint in the Westin is great/quick. Note that it closes at 8pm!

On a side note the kids meal at Dema is only 4-5$, adult size portion (good for two meals)!!^^^
