I also fall into the "hate to pay for parking
and transport" category. I hate it so much I'd do almost anything to avoid it. I'd rather spend the money on food or a nicer hotel.
Most Fairmonts are located in prime locations and not in suburbia. I cant think of one off the top of my head that offers free parking. Jasper Park Lodge may be one of the few but I think they have a paid valet option.
