Hi all

Couple of questions re crediting Virgin flights to DC:

1) Do I send boarding passes to the DC address in the UK to get credited? Do I need to specify any other details?
2) If I bought an airport upgrade from economy to premium economy, would I get the miles for the upgraded class?
