I've said it in every other related thread on the subject, but absolutely pathetic. I experienced the same earlier this week doing C DEN-IAD r/t. I'd frankly be embarassed to bring family members into C with me. They'd really think I'm crazy for doing all the MR's on UA if they see how they treat their best customers upfront!
