Pinniped, I'm not sure I understand. Are you saying that the Hilton Chain does not differentiate between a no-status guest and a frequent guest (e.g. gold, diamond) and pretty much equally rewards anyone who stays there?

Or are you just pointing out that there a few individual hotels that are extra nice to you on some occasions?

Hilton would be nuts to have an unwritten policy that gives the same in-hotel benefits regardless of status, seems to me.

Your posting info says you are Hilton Gold.... Is that no longer the case?
