I have gotten credit for casino (VIP guest) stays ( plus miles etc)at LV Hilton, Paris and Flamingo but I am not sure that is 'normal' you should however at least get 10 points per $ for all other spending though, but you have to call HHonors, its no point trying to get it creditted at the hotel/casino.
