I routed through LAX on UA 947 just for the C seat and to catch-up on a movie and some sleep too in the C seats, but was really disappointed with the cold "dinner" which were the same exact two choices you were offered. I'm wondering if I had the same wry FA, who remarked that maybe I should bring my own hot meal on-board next time! I made it a point to write a real letter to UAL, saying that they were serving cold lunch instead of a real dinner meal in C and that they could do much better. Maybe more of us should take the time to show our displeasure with these "enhancements" as UAL likes to refer to them as....?
