I was noticing that the Lifetime Miles were not growing at the same rate as my 2009 EQM and decided to save my previous lifetime count:
Lifetime Flight Miles: 171,922
5/17/2009 Continental 1716CU San Francisco-Houston (IAH) CU / CU 1,635 1,635 3,270 2,452 2
5/17/2009 Continental 0658CU Houston (IAH)-Washington (DCA) CU / CU 1,208 1,208 2,416 1,812 2
Lifetime Flight Miles: 176,186
Looks like only original flight miles (1635+1208) were added to the lifetime count but not the B fare bonus (which was added to 2009 EQM). And I seemed to recall that the double EQM didn't count either to Lifetime.
Any one else notice this?

What are Lifetime Flight Miles?
Lifetime Flight Miles include any mileage that count toward Elite status, otherwise known as “Elite Qualification Miles.” For flight miles that were earned before the introduction of Elite Qualification Miles, we have calculated the flight miles you earned. Lifetime Flight Miles are based on cumulative flight miles in the OnePass program and
do not include bonus, purchased or other non-flight miles.
Will Elite Qualification Mile bonuses count? Yes.
