My question: What happens when a 1K tries to upgrade a non-upgradeable fare at the gate? It seems like there is a prompt or something in the computer that disallows this? I often get told "the computer won't let me upgrade you, sorry." But there are a couple angels that have found a workaround.
So what really happens? And could you guys get in trouble for upgrading a non-upgradeable fare?
