Thanks for stopping by to answer questions ... did you receive feedback (positive/negative) from letters or other customer correspondence? Was it via something like 1Kvoice or the central receiving locations, or only stuff that was sent direct to your airport location? Would you be more likely to receive the feedback when you worked in one position versus another?
