Not really. The First class lounge of emirates has fewer people and you can get a complimentary massage for 15 odd minutes and you have to pay if you want for longer. (whereas in the business class lounge you have to pay for the massage).

The business class lounge in T3 is very good.

Again, if you have miles that are expiring then it makes sense to upgrade otherwise - not too much -
