IMO, this is one of the best strengths of Costco. It shows their customer loyalty. There will always be people who take advantage of the system (and Costco has responded - shorter return windows on electronics and other items), but Costco has our interests in mind. Which is why I also shop there. And I always get my replacement from Costco, usually the right after the return happens.
