I bought this tix

and can't travel. I have a drs note which should wave the penalty restrictions according to the fare rules I received when the tix was issues by cheap tickets. They won't refund it because EI says the tix should never have been issued and NONE of their tixs are ever refundable, BA won't touch it because its not on their stock. Where do I go from here? Does anyone know how to research full fare rules on expired fares? I have expertflyer but that can't help with past fares. Anyone else no where to research them? Thanks.
