OMG... I tried calling the OP Service Center to ask about this.

Rep 1 - Insised that the miles come from Chase and would not even link into the T&C I am seeing that clearly state otherwise. She kept talking over me and insisting I didn't know what was talking about. After asking for a supervisor, got hung up on.

Rep 2 - Very nice. She linked to the T&C and offered (with no prompting) to ask a supervosor for clarification. After about 4 minutes on hold, cut off again.

Rep 3 - Not very nice but seemed willing to help. I told her I had been cut off 2 times already and she insisted she wouldn't hang up on me. I wrote down her name this time. She went to get supervisor. No hold music (assumed I got cut off but decided to wait it out for a while).

Note that at this point I have been on the phone for over 30 minutes now. I have been on hold for Rep 3 for over 10 minutes now. Gave up.

Rep 4 - Jackpot. After explaining my last 30 minutes, was told she is the Customer Service Manager and is on the same row as the supervisor. She checked my phone number and offered to call back if we got cut off. After about 1 minute - AN ANSWER!!!!!

So the deal is that they have not done the first computer run to give out the miles for this offer yet. She said that they will be doing this later this week. After that, they plan to run it once a week and it should be automated (assuming the base merchant miles have posted). Maybe just a few more days then. We will see.
