I appreciate your thoughts,but sadly I agree with Estnet.As you search through many threads it's easy to see that HH has heard about this time-after-time. Adam certainly knows.Yet, there is no change.
With Hh it's just becoming too much a hassle. Keep a copy of rules with you. Keep a copy of the breakfast rules defined. Keep Adam's email adress with you. Call the hotel in advance. Make sure and get the name of the person you talked with.Wonder what will happen when you arrive. Say please. Beg. Show the rules. ON and on it goes.
Personally, I like most of the others on this post, travel too much to mess with it.To quote a children's phrase, "this game ain't fun no more."So the solution for me (not necessarily you)is to start searching for a new game.
Should HH care? I would think so. But, not enough to do anything about it.
