There needs to be a program like the fast food joints use. "If you do not receive a receipt........". Have an 800# to report problems with getting the perks that are due. If a property does not comply with the free breakfast policy, report them a get a free diner! If an upgrade is refused, however you can confirm availablity.....next stay is free!
The training of the staff is not my problem. Let it cost the property something and training will become an issue for them.
