I've now had two consecutive problems getting breakfasts at Hiltons in the last two weeks. Last week, I had to work my way up to the Asst. Mgr. of the Las Vegas Hilton, who finally said "OK," but she was going to "charge it back to Hilton's Diamond Desk."

I just checked into the Waldorf Astoria, and after being turned away from the towers (for the first time since being a Diamond for years) was told that they also did not participate in the breakfast program.

What's going on with Hilton?
