Lightbulb United CSR Q&A Thread

I've noticed a Flight Attendant, and Pilot Q&A and figured rather than searching for questions I and the other CSRs can answer, I'd give you guys a place to fire away!

I'll give everyone a run down of what I've done, just so you know what kind of questions I can answer.

I've worked in 3 stations, two of which involved both CS and Ramp work. I currently work in Boston, but almost never in the same spot. You can find me at the counter, gates, baggage service, and up in United's tower. I've been a Service Director and a Supervisor, neither of which you'll find me doing anymore...you guys are mean!
