This company is like a joke...

After sending an e-mail and receiving a weird response (requested a miles correction and answered with FB program information), decided to call to FB. Explained the problem to the rep and aftr 20 min. on the phone she told me:

1-There's a problem on our systems.
2-This happened to other customers.
3-I did the necessary arrangement to resolve this. You will se you account corrected on the next days.

Well...I really hope to see my account corrected on the next days. And now it's time to fight again to get credited the two first flight of my trip to BCN-ATL-SAN.
