Even though aa.com shows cabin booking class U as economy on the DragonAir flights another AAgent has stated that this is a business class. I'd like to get confirmation online or from other source but I think I'm ok.
I did find out that the total miles required for this award travel is 67.5k + 90k = 157.5k. I guess this is because I am business class on the departure and first on the return. Although on the return I'm only in first for the CX flight from HKG to LAX not on DAC to HKG or LAX to AUS. The CX portion shows 747-400 as the equipment. Any opinions on whether first is that much better than biz in this case? Being in first on this segment is an extra 22.5k miles.
