Point-matching is (obviously) rare. DL did it in 2000 or with a cap of 50,000 miles. You had to jump through a couple of hoops, such as spending $10k on the DL Amex within 6 months and then snail-mailing paperwork at precisely the right time. But the miles did post: for the cost of 1 annual fee ($85) and a bit of hassle with mailing stuff, I ended up with about 77,000 DL miles when all of the bonuses eventually posted.
