Funny, I just called NW, DL, and US enquiring about YOWSEA fares and just had three horrible agents who didn't know anything and were absolutely condescending.

So, using your line of thinking, based on those three instances, does that mean I should never fly either three of them? Does that mean that all three airlines are doomed?
