You are right - I thought NH flew that route, but I see it is JAL.
So we can switch MNL to KUL, which NH flies as a code-share.
But someone will have to look it up and see if it is an allowable code-share.

I did not check the mileage to see if it a valid itinerary since the *A web-site
was down when I did this. I was just trying to construct maximum number
of countries without going through EU. I originally had SIN in there ( I am not
sure why I took it out).
