We couldn't get United to get us a business class on our recent AU/Tahiti anniversary trip and since I spoiled my wife she doesn't like anything else. So I told her the option was to stay home or use one of these pillows. Being last minute I bought two from the Sky Mall and we used them. On the 12 and 13 hour flights they really helped both of us. Wife has restless leg and with pills she can make it, but we both felt better than we would have without them. We didn't use on Tahiti legs as they were shorter. We are both about 5'8" and not skinny but they gave me great head support and like an above poster said, put your feet in the space under the seat so you kind of recline. We didn't have problem with the brand we bought overflowing into the next seat so that wasn't an issue. I had zero problem deflating. I opened the valve and folded the unit in thirds and rolled it, leaving the valve on top. It went back to the size we had when we received it and right into the carrying bag.

WE BOTH WOULD RATHER HAVE BUSINESS SEATS, but it did make the coach seats tolerable on a long flight.
