When it comes to Customer Services I always tread a bit careful as I have a tendency not to believe everything they promise, i.e. faster turnaround on queries for specific customers etc as it always comes down to who handles your request (I know as I used to work in CS for one of the largest blue-chip comps in the world while at Uni - needless to say that I hated it).

This said, it's good to know that it apparently seem to work for FB
