Hi Cupart,

Actually, from my own experience, I would tend to agree with dauphine that status does make a difference. I've had cases where I submit the same claim for my wife (plain Ivory) as myself (Plat). Mine gets taken care of rapidly, for my wife, I've had to re-submit and insist.
