Hilton HHonors Properties in Caracas
I am using Caracas as a layover to Quito next week.
I can get about the same price (Hilton cost $10 more) for the Hilton and Embassy Suites. I stayed in the Hilton years ago and like it.

If I correct in understanding that it cost a bit more to take a taxi to Embassy Suites? Data on the web (like VEB 30.00) confuses me.
