I cannot believe in this day that systems cannot automatically work this out and provide accurate advice. Even something as simple as a QF SG travelling on QF Dom Y, the QF MMB advises 23kg instead of the actual 33kg allowance.

Come on airlines, if you're going to make baggage allowances so complicated - dependent on route/carrier/status/international leg of itinerary etc etc - at least provide accurate information within your systems to your customers, or don't bother.

Inaccurate information is worse than no information.
