The Club Floor is NOT in operation and has been closed, she said she was very sorry that the website had not been updated to reflect this, but she was going to contact someone straight away to amend it.
I tried to argue that I should have a refund as I had booked a Club Room, but, she pointed out to me that I had 2 nights on Rewards and they were letting me stay in my suite, so I backed down.
Will probably get awful service everywhere in the hotel now for moaning!
If the hotel won't lower your rate by 25% (assuming you paid a 33% premium for the club access), then I would just dispute the charge with the credit card. This hotel has consistently taken advantage of guests and should then be avoided in the future. When I go to SJU I stay at the Sheraton Old Town, which has always treated me right and is in a nice area.
