Just to clarify; this seems to mean that Qantas are still providing their Status members with additional baggage allowance, but not elite members of other oneworld frequent flyer programs (who otherwise have no Qantas specific status).

(e.g. Those QFF LT SG/PS who are also AA EXP/Plat etc. can relax).
