Anyone know how to find out who makes a name brand rebadge?

For example, I've seen some Joseph Abboud luggage out there, as well as Kenneth Cole, ect... It looks good but I wonder who actually makes the stuff. Materials are good enough, but don't know about the construction and potential service of the bag.
