I got the same kind of trouble 2 months ago for a JFK-CDG with a Delta ticket on a T Fare (before 1st of april). My FB account was credited to 0% of the distance instead of 100% of the distance. I sent an email to FB customer on-line service. Issue was fixed 2 days afterward (and honnestly I was quite surprised).
My wife also got the same trouble with the same flight with the same ticket. She had to send 3 emails to get it credited. She's silver member and I'm Platinum. Moreover, I would say that FB status may speed up the things...
