Spoke to another Manager, there is no Club Lounge, I asked what did I pay for and got told the Club Room. I asked what RA benefits could I expect - got told everything you normally get eg free mini bar - I replied there is nothing in the mini bar, he said he would fill it up - still waiting.

If anyone has paid the extra for Club Lounge I would cancel your booking and rebook the cheaper room.
